Michele de la Menardiere is a certified yoga teacher (RYT/500hr) based in San Francisco, California. She teaches hatha classes that rejuvenate the body, calm the mind, and engage the spirit. Through breathing, movement, and mindfulness, she helps students tap into their authentic nature, discovering physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
Michele has been practicing yoga for over 15 years. She completed her first yoga teacher training in 2004 and, over the last 10 years, continued to study with many well-known teachers including Ana Forest, Dina Amsterdam, Beryl Bender Birch, and Jill Abelson. She is also a vipasana meditation practitioner.
Michele believes strongly in the healing powers of yoga and cultivates a non-judgemental atmosphere of curiosity, joy, and loving-kindness in her classes. With advanced understanding of anatomy, alignment, and the energy body, Michele makes sure her classes are challenging, fun, and safe for all.
